Reviewed the needs of the assignment. Discussed the various items that one could have in a home and then make the decision on whether it was a need or a privilege. The students were asked to discuss it with their parents prior to finishing the sheet.

We watched a couple of the videos that the challenge provided and read over the resource that was given. The class was then asked to research various aspects of food waste. Based upon this research we then put together a Kahoot game. The proof is noted in the comments as it is a link to the game.

We reviewed a few videos in class and spoke about the need to reduce, reuse and recycle. The form along with the letter were sent home during the March break for the students to do as homework with their parents.
