Description

As a class, we discussed various energy-related issues facing our world. Students chose an issue and then create a story or comic strip illustrating the impact of certain choices on our planet. We posted the stories and comics outside of our classroom and invited the Grade 2 class to come see our work.

Description

We looked at various ingredient lists and saw that much of our food travels a long way to end up on our tables. We discussed carbon emissions and the need to shop local! We looked at the "BC Farm Fresh" website and using canva, created recipes using foods produced locally. Students loved this projects! (Pics were emailed)
